新医科背景下预防医学专业本科生创新创业教育调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在新医科背景下,预防医学专业本科生在创新创业教育方面的现状,探究目前存在的问题,提出可行性建议及对策。方法:选取佳木斯大学预防医学专业本科生319人,通过网络平台“问卷星”进行问卷调查,采取随机抽样方法,收集相关信息并采用构成比进行描述。结果:大学生在对创新创业的认知、创业倾向的问题中显示有40.44%的学生认为在专业领域取得显著成就也可视为创新创业;大学生参与创新创业活动情况中显示有27.59%的受访者未曾参与过校方组织的创新能力培养活动、36.99%的大学生参与过创新创业训练计划项目;大学生创业过程中的障碍,结果显示76.8%的学生认为在创新创业过程中最大的障碍是经验不足,其次是资金短缺。结论:佳木斯大学预防医学专业本科生对创新创业教育认知良好,创业倾向明确,但仍有较少比例的学生在大学期间未参与相关活动,为了进一步提升创新创业教育的质量和效果,需要持续不断地开展相关工作,并且不断完善和优化现有的教育体系。Objective:To explore the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine under the background of new medicine,explore the existing problems,and put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures.Methods:Undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine 319 in Jiamusi University were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey through the network platform"Juanxing".The relevant information was collected by random sampling method and described by composition ratio.Results:In terms of cognition and entrepreneurial tendency of college students,40.44%of them think that remarkable achievements in their professional fields can also be regarded as innovation and entrepreneurship.The participation of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship activities shows that 27.59%of the respondents have not participated in the innovation ability training activities organized by the university,and 36.99%of the college students have participated in innovation and entrepreneurship training programs.The results show that 76.80%of students believe that the biggest obstacle in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship is lack of experience,followed by lack of funds.Conclusion:Undergraduate students majoring in preventive Medicine in Jiamusi University have a good understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education and have clear entrepreneurial inclination,but a small proportion of students do not participate in relevant activities during college.In order to further improve the quality and effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education,we still need to continue to carry out relevant work,and constantly improve and optimize the existing education system.
