摘 要:探讨了黏度对凹版印刷油墨存储稳定性的影响。首先,介绍了凹版印刷油墨的基本组成和特性,强调了黏度在油墨性能中的重要性。通过实验研究,不同黏度油墨在存储过程中的变化情况被详细分析,重点观察了黏度变化对油墨分散性、流动性及印刷品质的影响。研究结果表明,适当的黏度能够提高油墨的存储稳定性,避免沉淀和分层现象,从而保证印刷过程中的一致性和最终印刷品的质量。此外,还探讨了温度、湿度等环境因素对油墨黏度及其存储稳定性的影响,为油墨的配方设计和存储条件提供了理论依据。最后,结合实际案例,总结了最佳的油墨黏度范围和存储条件,以期为凹版印刷行业提供参考。This study explores the impact of viscosity on the storage stability of gravure printing inks.It begins by introducing the basic com-position and characteristics of gravure printing inks,emphasizing the importance of viscosity in ink performance.Through experimental studies,the variations of inks with different viscosities during storage are analyzed in detail,focusing on the effects of viscosity changes on ink dispersion,flow-ability,and printing quality.The results indicate that an appropriate viscosity can enhance the storage stability of inks,preventing sedimentation and stratification,thereby ensuring consistency during the printing process and the quality of the final printed products.Additionally,this paper discuss-es the influence of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity on ink viscosity and storage stability,providing a theoretical basis for ink formulation design and storage conditions.Finally,by combining practical cases,the optimal viscosity range and storage conditions were summa-rized for inks,aiming to provide reference for the gravure printing industry.
