摘 要:现代新农人培育是农村教育高质量发展的关键,也是实现教育强国建设的重要内容。教育强国建设与现代新农人培育相互影响、相互促进。教育强国建设能为现代新农人培育提供资金、政策与制度支持,而现代新农人培育能够助力教育强国建设实现资源要素的整合。在教育强国建设的大背景下,培育具备新形象、新思维、新素养的现代新农人,面临培育标准缺失、培育理念陈旧、培育模式单一等现实困境。因此,需要以科学先进的培育理念引领现代新农人培育改革、以信息技术助推现代新农人精准培育、以制度建设提升现代新农人培育效能。The cultivation of modern new farmers is the key to the high-quality development of rural education and an important part of realizing the construction of a powerful country in education.The construction of a powerful country in education and the cultivation of modern new farmers promote and influence each other.The construction of a powerful country in education can provide funds,policies and institutional support for the cultivation of modern new farmers,and the cultivation of modern new farmers can help the construction of a powerful country in education to achieve the integration of resource elements.Under the background of the construction of a powerful country in education,cultivating modern new farmers with new image,new thinking and new literacy is faced with practical difficulties such as lack of cultivation standards,outdated cultivation concepts and single cultivation model.Therefore,it is necessary to lead the reform of the cultivation of modern new farmers with scientific and advanced cultivation concepts,promote the precise cultivation of modern new farmers with information technology,and enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of modern new farmers with system construction.
