摘  要:运动损伤与康复课程作为休闲体育专业的必修课之一,是对运动解剖学、运动生理学等基础课程以及运动技术课程的综合应用,既体现了学生的专业能力,也是学生未来职业能力和素养的重要组成部分。因此,加强运动损伤与康复课程的建设显得尤为重要。当前,该课程在建设过程中存在一些问题:学生来源广泛,学科背景差异大;教材与教学内容之间存在不协调现象;教学环境与设备尚不完善;师资力量相对不足;课程设置不够合理;考核方式较为单一。针对上述问题,提出以下改进策略:进行课程学情分析,针对学科背景不足的学生组织自主学习活动;以教材为参考,不断丰富教学内容,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性;优化教学环境,充实实训材料,提升实践教学水平;开发教师成长路径,搭建教师实训平台,提高教师队伍的整体素质;调整课程设置学期和学时分布,适当增加实训学时;采用过程考核与项目式考核并重的方式,全面评价学生的学习成果。Sports injury and rehabilitation course is one of the compulsory courses for leisure sports majors,which is a comprehensive application of basic courses such as sports anatomy and exercise physiology courses and sports technology courses.It not only reflects students'professional ability,but also an important component of students'future professional ability and literacy.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of sports injury and rehabilitation courses.At present,there are some problems in the construction process of sports injury and rehabilitation courses:Students come from a wide range of sources,and there are significant differences in subject backgrounds;There is a lack of coordination between textbooks and teaching content;The teaching environment and equipment are not perfect;Relatively insufficient teachers;The curriculum design is not reasonable enough;The assessment method is relatively single. To address the above issues, the following improvement strategies are proposed: It conducts course learning analysis and organizing self-directed learning activities for students with insufficient subject background;It uses textbooks as a reference, continuously enriches teaching content, stimulates students' interest and enthusiasm for learning;It optimizes the teaching environment and enriches the practical training materials;It enhances the level of practical teaching;It develops teachers' growth paths and builds a platform for teachers' training, and improves the overall quality of the teaching staff;It adjusts the course schedule, semester and class hour distribution, and appropriately increases practical training hours;It adopts the combination of process assessment and project-based assessment to comprehensively evaluate students' learning outcomes.
