摘 要:该研究聚焦“互联网+”时代背景下高校游泳课程教学资源的整合与利用问题,通过梳理理论基础、分析现状并提出策略,探索提升教学资源利用效率与优化配置的方法。当前,高校游泳课程存在资源分散、信息孤岛以及共享机制不足等诸多问题,制约了教学质量的提升与课程模式的创新。“互联网+”技术为资源的数字化、共享化及智能化提供了技术支撑,同时国家政策的推动为资源整合与利用创造了有利条件。研究从数字化资源开发、资源共享平台建设以及创新教学模式等维度提出整合策略,强调个性化学习路径设计、混合式教学模式构建以及校际协同合作的重要性。研究结果表明,通过“互联网+”技术与教育的深度融合,能够打破时间与空间限制,显著提升资源的利用效率与教学效果,同时为高校游泳课程提供更加丰富的教学体验。该研究旨在为高校游泳课程的现代化发展提供理论依据与实践参考,希望对其他体育课程的资源整合与利用起到借鉴作用,从而助力教育高质量发展与教育现代化目标的实现。This research focuses on the integration and utilization of swimming teaching resources in universities swimming courses under the background of"Internet+"era,and explores the methods of improving the utilization efficiency and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources by sorting out the theoretical basis,analyzing the current situation and putting forward strategies.At present,there are many problems with swimming courses in universities,such as decentralization of resources,information island and insufficient sharing mechanism of swimming courses in universities,which restrict the improvement of teaching quality and the innovation of course mode.The"Internet+"technology provides technical support for the digitalization,sharing and intelligence of resources,and the promotion of national policies has created favorable conditions for the integration and utilization of resources.The paper puts forward integration strategies from the dimensions of digital resource development,resource sharing platform construction and innovative teaching mode,and emphasizes the importance of personalized learning path design,hybrid learning mode construction and inter-school cooperation.The research results show that the deep integration of "Internet +" technology and education can break the time and space restrictions, significantly improve the utilization efficiency and teaching effect of resources, and provide more abundant teaching experience for swimming courses in universities. This research aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the modern development of swimming courses in universities, and hopes to serve as a reference significance for the resource integration and utilization of other physical education courses, thereby assisting in the high-quality development of education and the realization of the goal of education modernization.
