中职体育思政教育促进学生非智力因素发展的策略研究

摘　　要：在思政教育的大背景下,职业教育应当秉持培育符合社会发展需求的全面型人才的理念,将提升学生的综合素养视为核心目标。该研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,从思政教育视角出发,旨在厘清职业学校体育课程在思政教育方面对促进学生非智力因素发展的作用,明确存在的问题,并提出相应的推进策略。作用:激发学习动机、培养意志品质、塑造健全人格。困境:非智力因素培养重视程度低、体育课程思政教育创新不足、学习评价体系构建维度缺失、教师思政教育水平亟待提高。策略:以思政为导向,革新教学观念;创新教学形式,激发学生潜能;构建多元评价,强化正向激励;提升教师素养,强化师资建设。Under the background of ideological and political education,vocational education should adhere to the concept of cultivating comprehensive talents who meet the needs of social development,and regard enhancing students'overall quality as the core goal.This study uses literature review and logical analysis methods to clarify the role of ideological and political education in vocational school physical education curriculum in promoting the development of students'non-intellectual factors from the perspective of ideological and political education.It aims to identify the problems that exist,and put forward corresponding promotion strategies.The effects are:Igniting learning motivation,cultivating willpower,and shaping a sound personality.The difficulties are:Low emphasis on cultivating non-intellectual factors,insufficient innovation in ideological and political education in physical education courses,lack of dimensions in the construction of learning evaluation systems,and urgent need to improve the level of ideological and political education for teachers.Strategies:it is oriented by ideological and political education,reforming teaching concepts;innovating teaching forms to stimulate students'potential;constructing a diverse evaluation system to strengthen positive incentives;enhancing teachers'qualities to strengthen teachers'construction.
