摘　　要：青年教师是推动高等教育事业发展的重要因素,其政治素养和道德品质对大学生的成长具有重要的示范作用。该文通过分析高校青年教师师德失范的表现及原因,提出健全高校青年教师师德建设长效机制需要遵循与时俱进、科学规范、以人为本和因地制宜等原则,从教育培训、宣传示范、内化自律、评价考核和监督惩处等方面提出新时代高校青年教师师德建设的改进对策。Young teachers are an important component of promoting the development of higher education,and their political literacy and moral qualities play an important exemplary role in the growth of college students.By analyzing the manifestations and reasons for the misconduct of professional ethics among young teachers in univer-sities,it is proposed that a sound long-term mechanism for the construction of professional ethics among young teachers in universities should follow the principles of keeping up with the times,obeying scientific norms,being people-oriented,and adapting to local conditions.Improvement strategies for strengthening the professional eth-ics of young teachers in universities in the new era are proposed from the aspects of education and training,public-ity and demonstration,internalization and self-discipline,evaluation and assessment,and supervision and punish-ment.
