摘　　要：“大学生职业生涯规划”是高职院校学生一门重要的通识课程。目前,该课程的课程思政教学面临教学理念相对滞后、教学资源凝练不够、教学模式比较单一、教师素养能力不足、保障激励机制不力等现实痛点。为此,该课程思政需要更新理念、凝练内容、改革方法、提升能力、完善举措,不断提升课程思政的吸引力和实效性。College Students’Career Planning is an important general course for students in higher vocational col-leges.At present,the ideological and political teaching of the course is faced with some realistic pain points,such as relatively lagging teaching concept,insufficient teaching resources,relatively simple teaching model,insuffi-cient quality and ability of the teachers,and ineffective incentive mechanism.To this end,it is necessary to renew the idea,condense the content,reform the methods,enhance the ability,and improve the measures,so as to con-stantly enhance the attraction and effectiveness of the course.
