产教融合视角下湖南省地方本科院校专业建设问题与对策研究  

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Professional Construction in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Hunan Province from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘  要:产教融合要求高校的专业建设服务于经济社会的发展.从产教融合的视角来看,当前湖南省地方本科院校专业建设存在的主要问题包括:现有专业结构与区域产业经济发展错位,专业建设质量尚不能满足产业转型升级的要求,新专业设置未能很好对接新兴产业发展需求等.建议政府层面加强顶层设计,完善宏观调控与制度保障,完善供给侧改革,优化配置各类资源,增强服务意识,在实践层面尊重高校自治;高校层面应强化办学特色,科学规划学校发展定位,强调需求导向,调整优化专业结构,对标产业方向,做好高质量专业建设.The industry-education integration requires that the professional development of universities serve the economic and social development.From the perspective of industry-education integration,the main issues in the current professional development of local undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province include:a misalignment between the existing professional structure and regional industrial economic development,the quality of professional development not yet meeting the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the failure of new professional setups to adequately meet the needs of emerging industries.It is recommended that the government strengthen top-level design,improve macro-control and institutional guarantees,refine supply-side reforms,optimize the allocation of various resources,enhance service awareness,and respect university autonomy in practice.At the university level,we should emphasize strengthening educational characteristics,scientifically plan the college’s development positioning,focus on the demand orientation,adjust and optimize the professional structure,be based on industrial directions,ensure high-quality professional development.
