摘  要:学术会议作为高校培养研究生的重要途径,在分享研究成果、追踪学术动态、推动学科发展、培养创新人才、增强学术与技术合作等方面发挥着重要作用。文章旨在深入剖析学术会议与研究生培养两者之间的逻辑关系与内在联系,从知识与结构、学术素养、能力与技能等角度挖掘学术会议对提高研究生培养质量的价值意蕴,并分别从学校政策保障、导师培育支持和学术会议有效搭建的角度探讨学术会议提高研究生培养质量的实践路径,对于高校落实研究生教育改革,推动建立多元化学术创新成果评价机制具有一定的理论与实践意义。Academic conferences,as an important way for universities to cultivate graduate students,play a crucial role in sharing research results,tracking academic trends,promoting disciplinary development,cultivating innovative talents,and enhancing academic and technological cooperation.The article aims to deeply analyze the logical relationship and internal connection between academic conferences and graduate education,and explore the value of academic conferences in improving the quality of graduate education from the perspectives of knowledge and structure,academic literacy,ability and skills.It also explores the practical path of academic conferences to improve the quality of graduate education from the perspectives of school policy guarantee,mentor cultivation support,and effective construction of academic conferences.This has certain theoretical and practical significance for universities to implement graduate education reform and promote the establishment of a diversified academic innovation achievement evaluation mechanism.
