摘　　要：文章深入探讨了地方高等职业院校在推动新质生产力形成过程中的多方面作用,包括人才培养、技术创新、社会服务等维度的积极贡献,同时详细剖析了其面临的教育理念滞后、师资队伍局限、产教融合困境、资源短缺以及学生素质培养难题等挑战,旨在为地方高等职业院校更好地适应新质生产力发展需求提供全面的理论参考与实践指导。This article delves deeply into the multi-faceted roles of local higher vocational colleges in promoting the formation of new-quality productivity,including their positive contributions in dimensions such as talent cultivation,technological innovation,and social services.Meanwhile,it elaborately analyzes the challenges they face,such as lagging educational concepts,limitations of the teaching staff,difficulties in the integration of industry and education,shortage of resources,and problems in the cultivation of students' qualities.The aim is to provide comprehensive theoretical references and practical guidance for local higher vocational colleges to better meet the development needs of new-quality productivity.
