摘　　要：学科竞赛在医学本科生创新教育中具有重要作用。文章以“全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛”为例,探讨了医学本科教育的改革,包括优化课程体系、改进教学方法、加强实践平台建设及完善激励机制。通过这些措施,学生的创新能力和综合素质显著提高。未来,医学院校应继续重视学科竞赛在培养创新型医学人才中的作用,进一步优化竞赛组织,提升医学本科生的整体培养水平,为医疗卫生事业输送更多优秀人才。Disciplinary competitions play an important role in innovative education for medical undergraduate students.The article takes the "National Forum on Basic Medical Innovation Research and Experimental Design for College Students" as an example to explore the reform of undergraduate medical education,including optimizing the curriculum system,improving teaching methods,strengthening the construction of practical platforms,and improving incentive mechanisms.Through these measures,students' innovation ability and comprehensive quality have significantly improved.In the future,medical colleges should continue to attach importance to the role of subject competitions in cultivating innovative medical talents,further optimize competition organization,enhance the overall training level of medical undergraduate students,and provide more outstanding talents for the medical and health industry.
