基于学生发展意识培养的高校就业指导课教学思考

摘　　要：文章首先分析了当前就业指导课教学存在的主要问题,其次从坚持人本取向的教学理念、培养学生专业发展意识、促使学生形成适应性就业能力、引导学生树立职业发展的观念四个方面提出了具体的教学要点,最后提出了实现发展意识培养的可行性路径,以期提升就业指导课程的教学效果,更好地服务学生的长远职业发展,帮助学生在复杂多变的就业市场中找到合适的发展方向。The article first analyzes the main problems existing in the current employment guidance course teaching.Secondly,specific teaching points are proposed from four aspects:adhering to the humanistic teaching philosophy,cultivating students' professional development awareness,promoting students to form adaptive employment ability,and guiding students to establish a concept of career development.Finally,a feasible path to achieve the cultivation of development awareness is proposed to improve the teaching effectiveness of employment guidance courses,better serve students' long-term career development,and help students find suitable development directions in the complex and ever-changing job market.
