摘 要:随着数字经济的快速发展,对数据的收集、处理、分析、管理等技能已成为各行各业从业者不可或缺的素养。高校不仅要培养学生在经济管理方面的专业思维与专业技术,还要注重学生数据素养的培育。为此,文章通过分析“新经管”战略下经济学专业学生数据素养的培养需求与面临的挑战,并结合经济学专业课程教学实践经验,提出通过引入数字化管理知识、创新数据伦理教育内容、优化实践教学环境和“以赛促学”等方式将数据素养提升融入经济学专业课程教学,在培养学生专业能力的同时不断提升其数据素养。With the rapid development of the digital economy,skills such as data collection,processing,analysis,and management have become indispensable for practitioners in various industries.Universities should not only cultivate students'professional thinking and skills in economic management,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students'data literacy.To this end,the article analyzes the training needs and challenges of data literacy for economics students under the"New Economics and Management"strategy,and combines with the teaching experience of economics courses.It proposes integrating data literacy into economics courses through the introduction of digital management knowledge,innovative data ethics education content,optimization of practical teaching environment,and"competition to promote learning".While cultivating students'professional abilities,it continuously improves their data literacy.
