专创融合驱动现代产业学院建设的逻辑与进路

摘　　要：研究梳理了现代产业学院的建设历程及存在的问题,指出新阶段需要新的改革驱动力,通过专创融合改革来强化现代产业学院在知识经济时代的价值感、适应性和生命力的逻辑,并从服务创新驱动的办学定位、创新创业导向的课程教学、产学研转创用一体化平台、多重角色融合的师资队伍、政校行企协同的治理模式等关键办学要素,提出了专创融合驱动现代产业学院建设的进路,其作为产教融合架构下推动科教融汇的具体行动,具有创业型大学建设的一般特征。The study has sorted out the construction process and existing problems of modern industrial colleges,pointing out that a new driving force for reform is needed in the new stage.Through the integration of innovation and specialization,the logic of strengthening the value,adaptability,and vitality of modern industrial colleges in the knowledge economy era has been strengthened.From the key elements of service innovation driven education positioning,innovation and entrepreneurship oriented curriculum teaching,integrated platform for industry university research transformation into innovation and application,multi role integrated faculty team,and governance mode of government school enterprise collaboration,the approach of integrating innovation and specialization to drive the construction of modern industrial colleges has been proposed.As a specific action to promote the integration of science and education under the framework of industry education integration,it has the general characteristics of building an entrepreneurial university.
