摘　　要：随着经济全球化和产业结构调整的深入推进,产教融合已成为推动高等教育改革创新的重要举措。文章首先分析了新疆地区高校产教融合发展中存在的产业结构不平衡、校企合作深度不足、教育与产业需求脱节以及创新能力欠缺等问题,然后针对这些问题提出了加强政策支持、深化校企合作、优化专业设置等发展路径,以期全面提升新疆地区高校人才培养质量和创新服务能力,推动区域经济与高等教育协同发展,为新疆地区经济高质量发展提供有力支撑。With the deepening of economic globalization and industrial restructuring,the integration of industry and education has become an important measure to promote higher education reform and innovation.The article first analyzes the problems of imbalanced industrial structure,insufficient depth of school enterprise cooperation,disconnect between education and industry demand,and lack of innovation ability in the development of industry education integration in universities in Xinjiang.Then,in response to these problems,development paths such as strengthening policy support,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and optimizing professional settings are proposed to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation and innovation service capabilities in universities in Xinjiang,promote the coordinated development of regional economy and higher education,and provide strong support for high-quality economic development in Xinjiang.
