校企合作模式下高职人才培养质量评价研究

摘　　要：随着高职教育发展,校企合作模式成为培养高技能应用型人才的关键。文章构建校企合作模式下高职人才培养质量评价体系,确立目标契合性、多元主体互动性、过程与结果并重性、数据驱动与实证性原则,剖析由多元主体、多维度客体、细化指标体系及明确标准权重构成的要素,阐述多源数据采集、科学数据分析与动态结果反馈的实施过程与方法,旨在为高职人才培养质量评价提供科学框架,推动校企合作深化与高职教育质量提升。With the development of higher vocational education,the school-enterprise cooperation model has become the key to cultivating high-skilled applied talents.This paper constructs an evaluation system for higher vocational talent cultivation quality under school-enterprise cooperation,establishes the principles of goal consistency,interaction of multiple subjects,equal emphasis on process and result,and data-driven and empirical nature.It analyzes the elements composed of multiple subjects,multi-dimensional objects,a refined index system and clear standard weights,and expounds the implementation process and methods of multi-source data collection,scientific data analysis and dynamic result feedback.The aim is to provide a scientific framework for the evaluation of higher vocational talent cultivation quality,promote the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and the improvement of higher vocational education quality.
