摘 要:学前教育是拔尖创新人才贯通培养链条中的首个环节,事关拔尖创新人才成长的根基问题。在学前教育阶段,可通过各种适宜性游戏活动促进幼儿创新性人格、认知及实践的生成,为拔尖创新人才的成长扎实早期根蒂。这是学前教育推进拔尖创新人才早期培养的目标任务,也是学前教育区别于其他阶段教育的特殊性所在。当前,价值定位模糊、课程供给不足、教师支持乏力、外界参与局囿等问题掣肘了学前教育在拔尖创新人才早期培养上的价值发挥。面向未来,应通过发挥政府统筹引领作用、精进学前教育课程质量、深化幼儿园教育教学改革、提升幼儿园教师胜任力、加强家庭幼儿园协同共育、鼓励社会力量广泛参与等举措,切实深化学前教育改革,为造就拔尖创新人才奠定坚实基础。Preschool education,which is the first link in the integrated cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,concerns the fundamental problem of the growth of top-notch innovative talents.In the stage of preschool education,we can,by means of various appropriate games,promote the generation of children's innovative personality,cognition and practice,and lay an early and solid foundation for the growth of top-notch innovative talents.This is the goal for promoting the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in preschool education,and a special difference between preschool education and other stages of education.At present,such problems as an ambiguous value orientation,an insufficient curriculum supply,lack of the support from teachers,and limited external participation,restrict the role of preschool education in the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.In the future,we need to deepen the reform of preschool education and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents by giving play to the government's overall leadership,improving the quality of the curriculum for preschool education,deepening the reform of kindergarten education and teaching,improving the competencies of kindergarten teachers,strengthening education in collaboration with families and kindergartens,and encouraging the extensive participation of social forces.
