摘 要:目的探讨以讲座式学习(LBL)与案例式学习(CBL)为基础,结合“翻转课堂教学”的混合教学模式在基层医院心电图教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月-2022年11月期间,首都医科大学延庆教学医院的41名三年制临床医学专业(山区定向、乡村医生)医学生作为传统组,采用传统的LBL教学模式进行教学。另选取2022年12月-2023年5月期间本院的另外40名医学生作为研究组,实施LBL与CBL为基础结合“翻转课堂教学”的混合教学模式。比较两组心电图相关教学效果。结果研究组的考核成绩高于传统组(P<0.05)。研究组的心电图相关知识掌握程度高于传统组(P<0.05)。研究组的教学满意度也高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论将LBL与CBL相结合并融入“翻转课堂教学”的混合教学模式,在基层医院心电图教学中能够有效提高医学生的学习效果、知识掌握程度及教学满意度。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the blended teaching model based on Lecture-Based Learning(LBL)and Case-Based Learning(CBL)combined with Flipped Classroom Teaching(FCT)in teaching electrocardiography in primary hospitals.Methods Forty-one three-year medical students majoring in clinical medicine(mountain orientation,rural doctors)from Yanqing Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected as the traditional group from May 2022 to November 2022,and were taught using the traditional LBL teaching mode.Another 40 medical students from our hospital from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research group and were taught in a hybrid teaching mode based on LBL and CBL combined with“flipped classroom teaching”.The effect of ECG-related teaching was compared between the two groups.Results The assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The mastery of ECG-related knowledge of the research group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was also higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching model combining LBL and CBL and integrating“flipped classroom teaching”can effectively improve the learning effect,knowledge mastery and teaching satisfaction of medical students in ECG teaching in primary hospitals.
