摘 要:当前中职汽修教学存在理论与实践脱节、学生学习积极性不高等问题,翻转课堂作为一种以学生为中心的教学模式,能够有效弥补传统实训教学的不足。本文梳理了翻转课堂与实训教学的理论基础,分析了二者融合的适用性与可行性,设计了融合模式和实施框架。研究结果表明,翻转课堂能够通过线上自主学习与线下实践操作的有机结合,促进学生对知识的主动建构与技能的熟练掌握,同时提升教师的教学效能,有助于职业教育的高质量发展。At present, there is a disconnect between theory and practice in secondary automobile repair teaching, and students' motivation for learning is not high, and the flipped classroom, as a kind of student-centered teaching mode, can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional practical training teaching. This paper combs through the theoretical basis of flipped classroom and practical training teaching, analyzes the applicability and feasibility of the integration of the two, and designs the integration mode and implementation framework. The results of the study show that flipped classroom can promote students' active construction of knowledge and skill mastery through the organic combination of online independent learning and offline practical operation, and at the same time, improve the teaching effectiveness of teachers, which contributes to the high-quality development of vocational education.
