摘 要:企业实践是促进高职院校教师专业发展的重要途径。虽然国家层面出台了关于教师企业实践的系列政策,但在地方层面仍存在教师企业实践困境。基于此,对江苏、上海等地部分高职院校教师、企业带教师傅、企业人力资源主管进行了深度访谈,以期了解教师企业实践利益相关者对该困境的理解。研究发现,高职院校教师企业实践的现实困境主要表现为:教师企业实践缺乏内在动力,过程流于形式,成果未能实现有效转化;企业对实践教师态度消极,缺乏有效的实践指导,难以提供必要的资源支持;学校对教师企业实践缺乏科学规划,监管机制不健全,支持力度不够。为破解上述困境,建议转变教师企业实践观念,激发教师专业发展动力;引导企业积极支持教师实践,保障企业的合法权益;优化教师企业实践顶层设计,清除教师后顾之忧。Enterprise practice is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Although a series of policies on teachers’enterprise practice have been introduced at the national level,there are still dilemmas in teachers’enterprise practice at the local level.Based on this,in places such as Jiangsu and Shanghai,in-depth interviews were conducted with teachers in higher vocational colleges,on-the-job trainers in enterprises,and human resources supervisors of enterprises,with the aim of understanding how the stakeholders of teachers’enterprise practice perceive this dilemma.The study found that the practical dilemmas of teachers’enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges are manifested as follows:teachers lack internal motivation for enterprise practice,the process is mere formality,and the achievements cannot be effectively transformed;enterprises have a negative attitude towards practical teachers,lack effective practical guidance,and find it difficult to provide necessary resource support;schools lack scientific planning for teachers’enterprise practice,the supervision mechanism is not sound,and the support is insufficient.In order to break the above dilemmas,it is recommended to change the concept of teachers’enterprise practice and stimulate the motivation for teachers’professional development;guide enterprises to actively support teachers’practice and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises;optimize the top-level design of teachers’enterprise practice and eliminate teachers’worries.
