摘　　要：高端装备制造业是推动制造业转型升级的关键,为了适应新时代产业和装备制造业高质量发展的需要,职业教育现场工程师的培养迫在眉睫。基于此,文章对现场工程师内涵进行了剖析,然后从校企合作和教学改革等方面分析了高端装备制造业现场工程师培养的现状困境,最后针对困境提出了高端装备制造业现场工程师培养策略。The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the key to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.However,there is a severe shortage of on-site engineers in this field.To meet the needs of high-quality development of industries and equipment manufacturing in the new era,the cultivation of on-site engineers in vocational education holds significant strategic importance for strengthening the country.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the connotation of on-site engineers from aspects such as craftsmanship spirit,precise operation,understanding of processes,management skills,collaboration ability,and innovation capacity.Then,it examines the current predicaments in the cultivation of on-site engineers for high-end equipment manufacturing from perspectives including school-enterprise cooperation,teaching reform,and teacher teams.Finally,it proposes strategies for cultivating on-site engineers in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in response to these predicaments.
