摘　　要：目的:基于项目反应理论开发适用于青少年心理健康危机评估的青少年心理健康计算机自适应测验(AMH-CAT)。方法:从14所中小学校抽取8679名学生(年龄9~19岁)。通过检验单维性、独立性、区分度和条目功能差异(DIF)构建条目库。采用R软件编程构建AMH-CAT算法,并通过真实与模拟数据验证信效度。以中小学心理访谈评估记录表作为效标工具,评估AMH-CAT对心理健康危机等级的预测效度。结果:条目库43个条目总体满足单维性和独立性,区分度均>0.80,在性别上无DIF。AMH-CAT在各终止规则下,ABS值<0.40、RMSE值<0.50,心理健康危机水平估计值与真值间的相关(r)>0.87(P<0.001)。真实被试在SE(θ)≤0.4终止规则下平均答10个条目,信度为0.89,与完整条目库得分正相关(r=0.95,P<0.001)。对1级、2级关注的预测精度分别为0.89和0.90。结论:青少年心理健康计算机自适应测验(AMH-CAT)具有理想的效度、信度和评估效率。Objective:To develop the Adolescent Mental Health Computerized Adaptive Test(AMH-CAT)for assessing psychological crises in adolescents using item response theory(IRT).Methods:A total of 8679 students,aged 9 to 19 years,were sampled from 14 primary and secondary schools.The item bank was constructed by examining unidimensionality,independence,discrimination,and Differential Item Functioning(DIF).The AMH-CAT algorithm was developed using R software and validated for reliability and validity through real and simulated data.The School Psychological Interview Evaluation Form served as the criterion tool to assess the predictive validity of AMH-CAT in evaluating psychological crises levels.Results:The item bank,consisting of 43 items,demonstrated unidimensionality and independence,with discrimination values>0.80 and no DIF across genders.Under various stopping rules,AMH-CAT showed ABS values<0.40,RMSE values<0.50,and a correlation(r)>0.87(P<0.001)between estimated and true psychological crises levels.Real participants answered an average of 10 items under the SE(θ)≤0.4 stopping rule,with a reliability of 0.89,and the scores were positively correlated with the complete item bank scores(r=0.95,P<0.001).The predictive accuracy for Level 1 and Level 2 concerns was 0.89 and 0.90,respectively.Conclusion:The Adolescent Mental Health Computerized Adaptive Test(AMH-CAT)demonstrates excellent validity,reliability and assessment efficiency for evaluating adolescent psychological crises.
