摘　　要：该研究探讨在“两创”文化背景下,将忠义文化融入职业院校教育的可行性和效果,旨在提升学生的道德素质、职业操守、社会责任感和团队精神。该文强调了忠义文化在中华传统文化中的重要地位及其对个人品格和社会风气的深远影响,并结合实际案例分析了其在职业教育中的应用现状。研究提出了多项实施策略,包括课程设计、教学方法创新、组织管理完善及师资培训等方面,并提出建立评估体系等优化建议,以有效传递忠义文化的精髓,营造积极向上的校园文化氛围,传承中华优秀传统文化,培养出更多具有高尚道德情操和扎实职业技能的专业人才。This study explores the feasibility and effectiveness of integrating loyalty and righteousness culture into vocational education in the context of the"Two Innovations"culture,aiming to enhance students'moral qualities,professional ethics,sense of social responsibility,and team spirit.The article emphasizes the core position of loyalty and righteousness culture in traditional Chinese culture and its profound influence on personal character and social atmosphere,and analyzes its application status in vocational education with practical cases.The study proposed multiple implementation strategies,including curriculum design,innovative teaching methods,improved organizational management,and teacher training,and proposed optimization suggestions such as establishing an evaluation system to effectively convey the essence of loyalty and righteousness culture,create a positive campus culture atmosphere,inherit excellent traditional Chinese culture,and cultivate more professional talents with noble moral character and solid professional skills.
