基于“岗课赛证”融通的教学改革实践探索——以石家庄职业技术学院和声课为例

摘  要:基于“岗课赛证”融通开展教学改革,是推进职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,是促进教师教学能力提升的重要路径,是提高高职院校育人水平的重要抓手。在把握“岗课赛证”融通内涵的基础上,以和声课为例,提出“岗课赛证”融通的总体思路,并提出明确“岗-赛-证”对应的职业能力,重新构建课程体系、结合“岗课赛证”融通的特点,设计模块化学习情境与学习任务、根据调整后课程体系优化相应教学实施过程、建立新的课程评价体系的改革路径。The integration of post with certificates of contest can be regarded as a reform on higher vocational education,an important way to promote teachers'teaching ability.This paper takes the harmony as a case study,and argues for overall integration of post with contest certificates for teachers.It further proposes a clarification of their professional ability,curricular reconstruction,task-based situational learning module,and curricular optimization.Eventually,new curricular evaluation should be established.
