摘　　要：叙事医学作为一种通过强调患者故事,促进医患沟通与理解的医学实践方式,受到学者和社会各界的普遍关注。叙事医学可以通过认识关注、再现、归属三大核心要素来加深了解。但叙事医学的广泛应用在制度和实践层面上仍面临较大的困难和挫折,需联合医学院校增设人文类课程,为未来的医护人员奠定人文基础;医疗机构则需加强叙事医学在实践层面上的推广,确保其在实践中的有效运用;医护从业人员可多营造医学人文关怀的文化氛围,使之成为行业内的共识与风尚;政府通过制订相关法律法规,保障医护人员和患者在叙事医学实践过程中的合法权益,同时加大对叙事医学的推广力度,提升人民群众及医护人员对叙事医学的认知度与接受度。叙事医学的推广与发展需社会各界共同努力,才能促进医患沟通、增进理解与信任,以此改善现今医患关系欠和谐、缺乏信任的状况。Narrative medicine,as a medical practice that emphasizes patient stories and promotes communication and understanding between doctors and patients,has received widespread attention from scholars and various sectors of society.Narrative medicine can deepen understanding by recognizing the three core elements of attention,representation,and belonging.However,the widespread application of narrative medicine still faces significant difficulties and setbacks at both the institutional and practical levels.It is necessary to collaborate with medical schools to establish humanities courses,laying a humanistic foundation for future healthcare professionals;medical institutions need to strengthen the promotion of narrative medicine at the practical level to ensure its effective application in practice;medical professionals can create a cultural atmosphere of medical humanistic care,making it a consensus and trend within the industry;the government formulates relevant laws and regulations to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of medical staff and patients in the process of narrative medicine practice.At the same time,the government can also increase its promotion of narrative medicine to enhance the awareness and acceptance of narrative medicine among the public and medical staff.The promotion and development of narrative medicine require joint efforts from all sectors of society to promote doctor-patient communication,enhance understanding and trust,and alleviate the current disharmony,lack of trust in doctor-patient relationships.
