摘  要:精密减速器作为工业机器人关键的传动组件,其性能直接影响机器人的工作效率和精度。该研究针对工业机器人所用的双针轮少齿差精密减速器关键技术进行探讨,通过阐述双针轮少齿差减速器的基本结构及其工作原理,分析齿轮啮合性能、传动效率、减震降噪等关键指标对整体性能的影响。为进一步提高减速器的负载能力和稳定性,研究提出了一种基于多点接触的齿面优化设计方案,进一步优化了齿轮参数,降低了齿差和磨损,通过一系列试验和仿真,验证了改进设计在提升减速器传动精度、承载能力及使用寿命方面的显著效果。As a key transmission component of industrial robots,the performance of the precision reducer directly affects the efficiency and accuracy of the robot.This study explores the key technology of the double pinwheel low-difference precision reducer used in industrial robots,and analyses the impact of key indicators such as gear meshing performance,transmission efficiency,vibration and noise reduction on the overall performance by describing the basic structure of the double pinwheel low-difference reducer and its working principle.In order to further improve the load capacity and stability of the reducer,the study proposes a tooth optimisation design scheme based on multi-point contact,which further optimises the gear parameters and reduces the gear differential and wear,and through a series of tests and simulations,it verifies the significant effect of the improved design in enhancing the transmission accuracy,load carrying capacity and service life of the reducer.
