成人本科课程体系的优化与教学质量提升策略——以计算机专业为例

摘　　要：在终身学习型社会背景下,成人本科教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,面临着诸多挑战与机遇。文章以计算机专业为例,深入探讨成人本科课程体系的优化策略,旨在提升教学质量,满足成人学习者多样化需求。通过对成人本科计算机专业课程目标、学生特点及课程体系现存问题的详细分析,发现当前课程体系存在竞争力不足、内容更新滞后以及重智育轻德育等问题。针对这些问题,提出顺应时代发展、突出办学特色、剔除陈旧内容、引入前沿技术,以及强化专业课程与思政教育融合等优化策略。研究认为,优化课程体系能够有效提升成人本科计算机专业的教学质量,培养更多适应社会需求的高素质计算机专业人才,为推动国家成人教育事业的发展提供有益参考,助力终身学习型社会的建设。In the context of a lifelong learning society,adult undergraduate education,as an important component of higher education,faces many challenges and opportunities.The article takes computer science as an example to explore in depth the optimization strategies of adult undergraduate curriculum system,aiming to improve teaching quality and meet the diverse needs of adult learners.Through a detailed analysis of the course objectives,student characteristics,and existing problems in the adult undergraduate computer major curriculum system,it was found that the current curriculum system has issues such as insufficient competitiveness,lagging content updates,and a focus on intellectual education over moral education.To address these issues,optimization strategies such as adapting to the development of the times,highlighting the characteristics of education,eliminating outdated content,introducing cutting-edge technology,and strengthening the integration of professional courses and ideological and political education are proposed.Research suggests that optimizing the curriculum system can effectively improve the teaching quality of adult undergraduate computer majors,cultivate more high-quality computer professionals who can meet social needs,provide useful references for promoting the development of adult education in the country,and help build a lifelong learning society.
