摘　　要：来华研究生教育和培养是宣传和提升国家形象、加快融入世界的重要措施。当前,我国农业科学发展迅速及影响力日益提升,成为国际留学生来华学习的重要领域。作物学作为农林高校重要学科,肩负我国农林高校来华研究生高质量国际化培养的重任。作物学科兼具学科特色和局限性,因此,如何培养高质量来华研究生成为作物学学科亟需解决的问题。据此,该文提出以教学为根基,科研为核心,实践为桥梁,国际化为视野的“教学-科研-实践-国际化”四位一体育人模式,旨在培养具有基础扎实、创新能力强、实践技能高和国际竞争力优的高素质复合型人才,助力我国高等农林院校来华研究生高质量培养。Postgraduate education and training in China is an important measure to promote and enhance the country's image and accelerate integration into the world.At present,China's agricultural science is developing rapidly and its influence is increasing,making it an important field for international students to study in China.Crop Science,as an important discipline in agricultural and forestry universities,shoulders the important task of high-quality international training of graduate students coming to China from China's agricultural and forestry universities.Crop Science has both disciplinary characteristics and limitations.Therefore,how to cultivate high-quality graduate students in China has become an urgent problem for Crop Science.Based on this,this paper proposes a four-in-one education model of"teaching,research,practice,and internationalization".It aims to cultivate high-quality compound talents with solid foundation and strong innovation capabilities,high practical skills and excellent international competitiveness,and help China's higher agricultural and forestry colleges cultivate graduate students in China with high-quality training.
