摘　　要：基于新质生产力发展背景下本科学术型科创人才的紧缺现状,聚焦国家发展战略对本科学术人才的需求,针对本科学术人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,探讨了新质生产力视域下本科学术人才需具备的核心能力,包括科学思维能力、知识整合能力、创新创造能力、统筹协调能力等,为新时期高校本科学术型科创人才核心能力培养提供了一种新思路。Based on the current shortage of undergraduate academic talents in science and technology innovation under the background of the development of new quality productivity,this paper focuses on the demand for undergraduate academic talents in the national development strategy.In response to the main problems in the process of cultivating undergraduate academic talents,this paper explores the core abilities that undergraduate academic talents need to possess from the perspective of new quality productivity,including scientific thinking ability,knowledge integration ability,innovation and creation ability,and overall coordination ability.It provides a new idea for the cultivation of core abilities of undergraduate academic talents in science and technology innovation in universities in the new era.
