摘  要:高素质、专业化新型军事人才的培养需要高素质、专业化教员队伍。文职教员作为军校教员队伍的重要组成部分,在教育数字化转型背景下,只有全面提升数字教育能力素质才能胜任本职工作。聚焦军校文职教员,研究该群体数字胜任力的构成要素,并对其数字胜任力培育的必要性和对策进行积极探索。The implementation of the military education policy for the new era,and the training of new-type military personnel with both high-quality and professionalized moral and professional abilities,requires a team of high-quality and specialized teachers,of which civilian teachers are an important part,under the background of education digitization transformation,the ability and quality of digital education in an all-round way need to be improved in order to be competent for the job.This study focuses on civilian military school teachers,combing the elements of the group's digital education competency,and actively explore the necessity of training and countermeasures.
