摘  要:“食品工厂设计”课程在食品专业高等教育中具有举足轻重的地位。食品工厂设计水平的高低会直接或间接地影响食品品质与安全。在该职业教育课程中,所包含的思政元素能够充当传输正确食品安全观的纽带。教师可对“食品工厂设计”中建设概述、厂址选择及总平面图设计、工艺设计、辅助部门设计、公用系统设计和技术经济分析等方面蕴藏的思政点进行深度挖掘与分析,着力将思政元素合理地融入课堂教学的各个环节,使其得以落地实施。在探寻“食品工厂设计”思政课堂教学模式创新及重点举措的过程中,教师能够实现全员、全程、全方位育人的思政教育目标,最终培养出一批基础理论扎实、专业技能突出、富有家国情怀的食品领域栋梁之才。The course of food factory design plays a crucial role in higher education of food majors.The level of design in food factories will directly or indirectly affect food quality and food safety.The ideological and political elements,included in this vocational education curriculum can serve as a link to convey the correct concept of food safety,can be excavated and analyzed through the construction overview,site selection,general layout design,process design,auxiliary department design,public system design,and technical and economic analysis contained in the“food factory design”,focusing on integrating ideological and political elements into various aspects of classroom teaching in a reasonable manner.At the same time,in the process of exploring the innovation and key measures of the ideological and political classroom teaching mode of this course,the goal of ideological and political education for all staff,the whole process,and all aspects can be achieved,ultimately cultivating a group of food industry pillar talents with solid basic theories,high professional skills,and a strong sense of patriotism.
