摘 要:目的 探讨平行病历书写教学在医学生非技术性技能培养中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年3月在复旦大学附属闵行医院见习的2020级五年制临床医学专业30名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组15名。对照组采用传统教学方式,试验组在对照组的基础上采用平行病历书写教学。比较两组医学生杰弗逊共情量表评分、临床推理与反思自评量表评分和医学生非技术性技能评分。结果 试验组观点采择、怜悯关怀、换位思考评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组信息系统化、分析问题、寻找真相、反思能力评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组收集信息、分析信息,沟通、团队合作、领导力、决策力,计划和预测未来、突发事件应对评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 平行病历书写教学可通过促进医学生共情和反思提高其非技术性技能。Objective To explore application effect of parallel medical record writing teaching in non-technical skill cultivation of medical students.Methods Thirty 2020 five-year clinical medicine students who will be interning at Minhang Hospital of Fndan University from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected as research subjects and divided into the two groups by using a random number table method,with 15 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used parallel medical record writing teaching on the basis of the control group.Jefferson empathy scale scores,self-assessment of clinical reflection and reasoning scores,and medical student non technical skills scores between the two groups were compared.Results Viewpoint selection,compassion and care,and empathy evaluation score and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Information systematization,problem analysis,truth seeking,reflective ability rating score and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Collecting and analyzing information,communication,teamwork,leadership,decision-making,planning and predicting the future,emergency response score,and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Parallel medical record writing teaching can improve non-technical skills of medical students by promoting empathy and reflection.
