摘  要:扎根中国大地办教育,把教育大国建成教育强国,务必大力弘扬教育家精神。提倡教育者人人践行教育家精神,不仅是时代的呼唤,更是教育的根本回归。本文从“教育是什么”“教育为什么”“教育怎么办”三个基本问题出发,结合AI时代为教育提供的新机遇和对教育提出的新挑战,深入探讨了中国教育家精神的内在根源及时代意义。中国教育家精神根植于师生关系在教育中的决定性地位、中华优秀传统文化对理想人格的设定以及学校组织不同于其他组织的应然特性。有师生关系才有教育,没有师生关系就没有教育,师生关系对教育具有根本决定性,所以,师生关系是践行教育家精神的关键场域。真实具体的师生关系深受不可超越的生命时空所制约,因此,要促进每一位学生的成长,就必须依靠每一位教师的进步。教育者人人践行教育家精神,具有理论的应然性、逻辑的必然性。教师地位的提升,有赖于教育者人人切实践行教育家精神。Rooted in the land of China,to manage education,to build a large education country into an education power,vigorously promoting the spirit of educators are essential endeavors.Advocating for every educator to embody the spirit of educators is not only a call of the times but also a fundamental return to education.This paper begins with three basic questions:"What is education","Why education",and"How to conduct education".In light of the new opportunities provided by the AI era and the new challenges posed to education,this paper delves into the inherent roots and contemporary significance of the spirit of Chinese educators.The spirit of Chinese educators is grounded in the decisive role of the teacher-student relationship in education,the setting of an ideal character by traditional Chinese culture,and the inherent characteristics of school organizations distinct from other entities.Education exists with the teacher-student relationship;without it,there is no education.The teacher-student relationship fundamentally determines education,making it a key arena for embodying the spirit of educators.The genuine and specific teacher-student relationship is constrained by the irreplaceable spatiotemporal context of life.Therefore,to promote the growth of every student,reliance on the progress of every teacher is imperative.The universal embodiment of the spirit of educators by all educators holds theoretical necessity and logical inevitability.The elevation of the status of teachers depends on the practical embodiment of the spirit of educators by every educator.
