摘　　要：立足现代化强国建设,新质生产力对推动中国式现代化和高质量发展具有战略赋能意义,新质生产力发展需依托教育培养拔尖创新人才。拔尖创新人才培养赋能新质生产力的价值主要体现在三个方面:推动技术革命性创新,引领新质生产力发展;培育战略性新兴产业,助推新质生产力发展;绘制高质量发展蓝图,保障新质生产力发展。此外,应从历史进路、理论彰显、实践诉求三方面厘清拔尖创新人才培养赋能新质生产力的逻辑理路:拔尖创新人才培养是中国式现代化进程的重要驱动;拔尖创新人才培养赋能新质生产力是马克思主义生产力理论中国化的创新之力;拔尖创新人才培养为新质生产力发展提供关键支撑。拔尖创新人才培养赋能新质生产力,需坚持立德树人,提升拔尖创新人才培养质量;坚持系统观念,优化拔尖创新人才培养过程体系;坚持创新发展,彰显拔尖创新人才培养差异特性;强化外部支持,构建拔尖创新人才培养保障机制。Based on the construction of a modern and powerful country,the new quality productivity has strategic empowerment significance for promoting Chinese-style modernization and high-quality development,and the development of new quality productivity relies on education to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.The value of cultivating top-notch innovative talents to empower new quality productivity is mainly reflected in three aspects:to promote revolutionary technological innovation,leading the development of new quality productivity;to cultivate strategic emerging industries,boosting the development of new quality productivity;to draw a blueprint for high-quality development to ensure the development of new quality productivity.In addition,we should clarify the logical way of cultivating top-notch innovative talents to empower new quality productivity from the perspectives of historical approach,theoretical manifestation and practical appeal,that is,cultivating top-notch innovative talents is an important driving force for the process of Chinese-style modernization;cultivating top-notch innovative talents to empower new quality productivity is the innovative force for the Sinicization of Marxist productivity theory;cultivating top-notch innovative talents provides key support for the development of new quality productivity.To cultivate top-notch innovative talents to empower new productivity,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of moral education,improve the quality of top-notch innovative talents;adhere to the concept of system and optimize the training process system of top-notch innovative talents;adhere to innovation and development,and highlight the distinctions in the training of top-notch innovative talents;strengthen external support by building a guarantee mechanism for cultivating top-notch innovative talents.
