新质生产力理论融入高校思政课教学的研究与实践

摘　　要：高校思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程、是推动高等职业教育高质量发展的重要组成部分。新质生产力的形成与发展对高校思政课教学产生极大促进作用,新质生产力理论与高校思政课间具有目标一致性、辩证统一性以及协同发展性。高校要坚持以“学”明理,立足于实现立德树人根本任务,讲清新质生产力理论生成渊源、讲深新质生产力理论重大意义、讲透新质生产力理论核心内涵、讲实新质生产力理论中的青年担当。面向新质生产力的快速发展,高校要采取以“新”理念树立育人导向改革思政课程教学,优化教学内容以推动教学过程顺畅自然,丰富教学方式以实现教学方式多样多元,提升教师素质以驱动教学效果提质增效等举措,以此推动新质生产力理论有效融入高校思政课,赋能人才培养。Ideological and political courses in higher education institutions are key to fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and an essential component of promoting high-quality development in higher vocational education.The formation and development of new quality productivity greatly enhance the teaching of ideological and political courses,as the theory of new quality productivity and these courses share consistent goals,dialectical unity,and synergistic development.Higher education institutions should adhere to the principle of"learning to clarify principles,"grounded in the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.They should elucidate the origins of the theory of new quality productivity,emphasize its significant implications,thoroughly explain its core connotations,and highlight the responsibilities of youth within this theory.In response to the rapid development of new quality productivity,higher education institutions should adopt a"new"concept to establish an educational orientation,reform the teaching of ideological and political courses,optimize teaching content to ensure a smooth and natural teaching process,diversify teaching methods to achieve variety and multiplicity,and enhance teacher quality to improve teaching effectiveness.These measures will effectively integrate the theory of new quality productivity into ideological and political courses,empowering talent development.
