摘　　要：历史主动精神是中国共产党的鲜明精神标识,也是高校开展思想政治工作的重要指导思想。立足于新时代我国高等教育实践,将历史主动精神融入高校资助育人的全过程,主动认识和把握资助工作的内在规律,科学应对新时代高校学生资助工作的主要矛盾,通过不断强化资助育人的目标导向、注重资助主体的多元拓展、激发资助对象的内生动力,不断优化资助效能,能实现立德树人目标,助推高校教育事业的高质量发展与时代新人的培育。The historical initiative spirit is a distinctive spiritual symbol of the CPC and an important guiding ideology for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political work.Based on the practice of higher education in the new era in China,we integrate the spirit of historical initiative into the entire process of university funding and education,actively recognize and grasp the inherent laws of funding work,scientifically respond to the main contradictions of student funding work in the new era,continuously strengthen the goal orientation of funding and education,focus on the diversified expansion of funding subjects,stimulate the endogenous motivation of funding objects,continuously optimize funding efficiency,and achieve the goal of moral education and talent cultivation,promoting the high-quality development of university education and the cultivation of new talents in the times.
