摘  要:高职高专学前教育专业实现“岗课赛证”融通,将幼儿园教育教学岗位需求和岗位职业能力融入不同的专业课程中,有利于推动课程改革,提高人才培养质量。高职高专学前教育专业课程改革应从岗课融合、课赛融合和课证融合三个方面进行,将岗位能力需求、职业技能竞赛要求、职业资格证书考试、职业技能等级证书考试与课程内容有机融合,重构专业课程内容体系,以解决岗课脱节、课赛脱节、课证脱节等问题。The integration of"job,course,competition,and certification"in the preschool education major of vocational colleges and universities integrates the demands and professional abilities of kindergarten education and teaching positions into different professional courses,which is conducive to promoting curriculum reform and improving the quality of talent cultivation.The curriculum reform of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges should be carried out from three aspects:integration of job and course,integration of course and competition,and integration of course and certificate.It should organically integrate job ability requirements,vocational skills competition requirements,vocational qualification certificate examination,vocational skills level certificate examination,and curriculum content,reconstruct the professional curriculum content system,and solve problems such as disconnection between job and course,disconnection between course and competition,and disconnection between course and certificate.
