摘　　要：“大思政课”既是助推高职院校思想政治理论课改革创新的重要保障,也是高职大学生法治素养培育的重要平台。然而,“大思政课”视域下高职大学生法治素养培育正面临课程设置不合理、协同作用未发挥,理论联系实际不足、课程精髓未体现,师资队伍不完善、数字时代要求未满足等现实困境。针对这些困境,高职院校要采取有效措施,如发挥主渠道作用、协力共建“大思政”育人格局,理论联系实际、实现思政小课堂与社会大课堂有机融合,打造高素质法治教育师资队伍、满足数字时代要求等,以全面提升高职大学生的法治素养,为法治中国建设培养更多高素质技术技能人才。The"Great Ideological and Political Course"is not only an important guarantee for promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges,but also an important platform for cultivating the legal literacy of higher vocational college students.However,the cultivation of legal literacy among higher vocational college students from the perspective of the"Great Ideological and Political Course"is facing practical difficulties such as unreasonable curriculum design,lack of synergy,insufficient integration of theory with practice,failure to reflect the essence of the curriculum,incomplete teaching staff,and unmet requirements of the digital age.In response to these difficulties,vocational colleges should take effective measures,such as playing the role of the main channel,collaborating to build a"big ideological and political"education pattern,integrating theory with practice,achieving the organic integration of ideological and political small classrooms and social big classrooms,building a high-quality legal education faculty team,meeting the requirements of the digital age,etc.,in order to comprehensively enhance the legal literacy of higher vocational college students and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the construction of a rule of law China.
