摘  要:探索广西本土文化产业视角下的插图专业人才培养体系,旨在通过优化文化研究至产业应用的校企联合培养模式,促进地方文化的传播与产业的发展。以案例研究先行回顾国内院校插图专业的人才培养特征。并基于访谈,以人才培养过程中所涉利益相关方的自我报告为依据进行定性分析,总结当前插图专业高校培养与行业实际需求之间的错位性。以代表广西本土民俗文化的民谣图画书开发而切入,实践验证了在地文化发展视角下的人才培养策略。插图是艺术与商业交汇的学科,具备应用性的培养特征。其人才培养过程中应以促进在地文化传播和产业需求融合为目标。本研究的实践过程可为高等院校制订插图相关专业的培养方案时提供参考。Exploring the illustration of a professional talent training system from the perspective of Guangxi's local culture industry aims to promote the dissemination of local culture and the development of industry by optimizing the school-enterprise joint training mode from cultural research to industrial application.The study reviews the characteristics of talent cultivation of illustration majors in domestic colleges and universities with case studies first.It also conducts qualitative analysis based on the interview method and the selfreport of the stakeholders involved in the talent cultivation process to summarize the mismatch between the current cultivation of illustration majors in colleges and universities and the actual needs of the industry.Taking the development of ballad picture books representing Guangxi's local folk culture as an entry point,we practically verified the talent cultivation strategy from the perspective of regional cultural development.Illustration is a discipline at the intersection of art and commerce,with applied training characteristics.Its talent cultivation process should promote the integration of local cultural dissemination and industrial needs.The pedagogical process of this study can provide references for higher education institutions when developing cultivation schemes for illustration-related programs.
