摘　　要：近年来,人工智能推动食品领域应用和产业升级,其在赋能实体经济高质量发展中发挥了重要作用。食品安全作为全社会高度关注的民生大事,关系着人民的生命安全和社会安危。通过分析食品安全问题存在的现状,剖析人工智能在食品安全领域中的深入应用。实践证明,人工智能已成为保障食品安全的重要砝码。In recent years,artificial intelligence has played an important role in empowering high-quality development of the real economy by promoting field applications and industrial upgrading.Food safety,as a highly concerned livelihood issue in the whole society,was related to the safety of people's lives and social security.The article analyzed the current situation of food safety issues and analyzed the in-depth application of artificial intelligence in the field of food safety.Practice had prevened that artificial intelligence had become an important weight for ensuring food safety.
