摘  要:在国家实施城市更新行动的背景下,西安建筑科技大学(西建大)针对四年级学生开设城中村更新的城市设计专题,以城市、区域、场地间的互动关系为线索,介绍了课题关注的四个架构学科及其聚焦点,其核心是以城市的眼光去看待建筑,从挖掘宏观结构中的潜能出发梳理并酌定提升城市品质、优化城市功能的驱动力。以层级间的衔接及制约,自上而下地介入建筑学的视角,追求城市宏观的深层结构,也承认现实的苛缛和万象,试图使学生关注城市中存在的日常建筑,朴实无华甚至琐碎的生活场景,尊重和理解设计为人所包含的意义。Against the backdrop of the national implementation of urban renewal actions,Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology has launched an urban design project for fourth year students on urban village renewal.Taking the interaction between cities,regions,and sites as a clue,the project introduces the four architectural disciplines and their focal points that the project focuses on.The core is to view architecture from the perspective of the city,and to sort out and determine the driving forces for improving urban quality and optimizing urban functions from the perspective of exploring the potential in the macro structure.Through the connection and constraints between levels,top-down intervention into the perspective of architecture,pursuing the deep structure of urban macro while acknowledging the harsh and diverse reality,attempting to make students pay attention to the daily buildings,simple and even trivial living scenes that exist in the city,respecting and understanding the meaning of design for the human.
