摘  要:针对高职院校现代园艺实训基地存在的产教协同育人机制不健全、产业链与教育链衔接断层、技术创新驱动力不足等现实问题,本研究基于三螺旋理论构建产业链、教育链、技术链“三链协同”模式框架,创新性提出“一二三四”运行管理机制:以“一个统筹平台”实现战略决策协同,构建“双主体负责制”保障执行效能,形成“三组联动”的立体化协作网络,贯彻四项基本原则。有效构建了“教育—产业—技术”三链融合的实践教学新生态,为高职院校深化产教融合提供了可复制的机制创新样本。In view of the practical problems existing in the modern horticultural training base of higher vocational colleges,such as the imperfect collaborative education mechanism of production and education,the fault line between the industrial chain and the education chain,and the lack of driving force of technological innovation,this study constructs the"three-chain synergy"model framework of industrial chain,education chain and technology chain based on the triple helix theory,and innovatively proposes the"one-two-three-four"operation and management mechanism:to realize strategic decision-making coordination with"one overall platform",to build a"dual-subject responsibility system"to ensure the implementation efficiency,and to form a three-dimensional collaboration network of"three groups of linkage",and implement it Four Fundamental Principles.It effectively constructs a new practical teaching ecology of"education-industrytechnology"three-chain integration,and provides a replicable mechanism innovation sample for higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education.
