摘  要:研究基于OBE理念引领下的中职教育“三教”改革路径与策略展开,重点探讨了如何通过改革教师、教材、教学方法三个方面,提高中职教育质量,以适应社会与行业的发展需求。OBE(成果导向教育)理念强调以学生为中心,关注学习成果与职业能力的培养,反向设计教学内容与活动,从而促进学生的全面发展。研究分析了当前中职教育面临的困境,并提出了教师角色转变、课程内容更新、教学方法创新等改革措施。同时,研究还强调了政策支持、校企合作和多元化评价体系等策略在推动改革中的重要作用。该研究为提高中职教育质量和培养高素质技能人才提供了理论与实践指导。The paper studies the reform path and strategy of"three education"in secondary vocational education based on the guidance of OBE concept,and focuses on how to improve the quality of secondary vocational education through the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,so as to meet the development needs of the society and the industry.OBE(achievement-oriented education)concept emphasizes student-centered,focus on the cultivation of learning results and professional ability,reverse design of teaching content and activities,so as to promote the all-round development of students.This paper analyzes the current difficulties of secondary vocational education,and puts forward some reform measures such as teachers;role change,curriculum content update and teaching method innovation.At the same time,the research also emphasizes the important role of policy support,school-enterprise cooperation and diversified evaluation system strategies in promoting the reform.This study provides theoretical and practical guidance for improving the quality of secondary vocational education and cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
