摘  要:新时代劳动教育政策强调“以劳育心”,本研究以劳动教育为切入点,探讨其对大学生积极心理品质的塑造路径。在理论研究的基础上,分析劳动教育在激发大学生自我效能感、增强抗挫能力、培养社会责任感等方面的作用机制。针对现存问题,从优化课程体系、创新实践活动、营造校园文化及加强师资建设等多维度构建策略体系,旨在促进大学生积极心理品质的形成,为高校劳动教育改革提供理论与实践参考,为推动大学生心理健康教育与全面发展提供新思路。The labor education policy in the new era emphasizes"cultivating the mind through labor".This study takes labor education as the starting point to explore its path in shaping the positive psychological qualities of college students.Based on theoretical research,analyze the mechanism of labor education in stimulating college students'self-efficacy,enhancing resilience,and cultivating social responsibility.In response to existing problems,a strategy system is constructed from multiple dimensions,including optimizing the curriculum system,innovating practical activities,creating campus culture,and strengthening teacher construction.The aim is to promote the formation of positive psychological qualities among college students,provide theoretical and practical references for labor education reform in universities,and provide new ideas for promoting mental health education and comprehensive development of college students.
