摘　　要：随着文化产业蓬勃发展和职业教育提质培优,推动两者深度融合已成为服务经济社会发展、培养高素质技术技能人才的必然选择。本文在梳理地方文化产业和职业教育融合发展重要意义的基础上,剖析了两者在区域发展失衡、校企合作不深入、师资队伍建设滞后等方面存在的突出问题。立足新发展阶段,文章从完善政策体系、创新人才培养模式、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、搭建融合发展平台、推进智慧职教建设等方面,提出了一系列务实管用的对策建议,以期为推动文化产业和职业教育携手并进、高质量发展提供有益参考。With the vigorous development of the cultural industry and the improvement of vocational education,promoting the deep integra-tion of the two has become an inevitable choice for serving economic and social development and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.On the basis of sorting out the important significance of the integration and development of local cultural industries and voca-tional education,this article analyzes the prominent problems that exist between the two in terms of regional development imbalance,insuffi-cient school enterprise cooperation,and lagging teacher team construction.Based on the new stage of development,this article proposes a series of practical and effective countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the policy system,innovating talent training models,strengthening the construction of"dual teacher"teacher teams,building integrated development platforms,and promoting the con-struction of smart vocational education,in order to provide useful references for promoting the joint development and high-quality develop-ment of cultural industries and vocational education.
