摘 要:在职业本科教育蓬勃发展的当下,学风建设成为影响人才培养质量的关键因素。职业本科高校既肩负着为社会输送高素质应用型人才的重任,又面临着独特的教育挑战。本文旨在深入剖析职业本科高校学风建设的现状,通过对学生自身、教师教学、学校管理以及社会环境等多维度因素的分析,探寻切实有效的实施策略。从强化学生主体意识、提升教师教学与引导能力,到优化学校管理与服务、营造良好校园文化氛围,力求构建全方位的学风建设体系,并配套完善的保障机制,为推动职业本科高校学风建设迈向新高度提供理论支撑与实践指导。In the current booming development of vocational undergraduate education,the construction of academic atmosphere has become a key factor affecting the quality of talent cultivation.Vocational undergraduate colleges not only shoulder the responsibility of delivering high-quality applied talents to society,but also face unique educational challenges.This article aims to deeply analyze the current situation of academic atmosphere construction in vocational undergraduate colleges,and explore practical and effective implementation strategies through multidimensional factors such as students themselves,teacher teaching,school management,and social environment.From strength-ening students'sense of subjectivity,enhancing teachers'teaching and guidance abilities,to optimizing school management and services,creating a good campus cultural atmosphere,we strive to build a comprehensive system of academic atmosphere construction,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the construction of academic atmosphere in vocational undergraduate colleges to a new height.
