摘　　要：新疆喀什地区医疗卫生技术人才短缺,住院医师规范化培训通过率低是制约其发展的关键因素。喀什地区第一人民医院利用组团式援疆资源,通过引进先进教学理念和方法、建立培训机制、加强实践技能培训、促进交流合作、构建智能教学平台等措施,提升住培师资队伍的能力。此举不仅有助于缓解当地医疗人才短缺问题,还可为其他边疆地区提供有益借鉴。The Kashgar region of Xinjiang faces a shortage of medical and health professionals,and the low pass rate of standardized resident physician training is a key factor restricting its development.The First People's Hospital of Kashgar Region has utilized group-based medical assistance resources to improve the capacity of its resident physician training faculty by introducing advanced teaching concepts and methods,establishing training mechanisms,strengthening practical skills training,promoting exchange and cooperation,and building an intelligent teaching platform.This initiative not only helps alleviate the shortage of local medical talent but also provides valuable references for other frontier regions.
