摘　　要：为更好推动医疗人才组团式支援新疆工作、建立医学研究生培养的新模式,将在读研究生纳入援疆医疗队伍中。学生第一学年在喀什培养、学习,课题研究方向围绕新疆当地的医学问题开展。项目达成了研究生培养的目标,提高了当地人才培养、医疗服务和科学研究的水平,得到了社会广泛认可。文章总结了该项目的主要工作方法及对研究生培养的实践价值,梳理现实问题并提出相应的思考对策,为创新医学研究生教育改革进行了积极的实践探索。In order to better promote group-based medical support for Xinjiang and establish a new model for training medical graduate students,graduate students are incorporated into the medical teams providing assistance to Xinjiang.During the first year,students are trained and study in Kashgar,with their research focused on medical issues specific to the region.The program achieves the goal of graduate student training,enhancing local talent development,medical services,and scientific research,and has received widespread recognition from society.This article summarizes the main methods used in the project and its practical value for graduate training,addresses existing issues,and proposes corresponding strategies,making a positive contribution to the innovation of medical graduate education reforms.
