摘 要:目的:探讨基于CBE教学理念的O2O混合式教学模式在妇产科护理学教学中的应用效果及对护理专业学生的核心能力和自我导向学习能力的影响。方法:选取我校2019级护理学专升本123名学生为研究对象,采用抽签法将学生分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统授课模式,试验组采用基于CBE理念的O2O教学模式。课程结束后比较两组学生的考试成绩,并发放量表测评其核心能力和自我导向学习能力。结果:试验组学生的考试成绩显著高于对照组,且核心能力和自我导向学习能力的总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于CBE理念的O2O教学模式不仅有助于提高学生对专业知识的掌握程度,还能有效培养学生的核心能力和自我导向学习能力,是一种符合医学教育改革需求的高效教学模式。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the O2O blended teaching model based on the Competency-Based Education(CBE)concept in the teaching of Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing and its impact on the core competencies and self-directed learning abilities of nursing students.Methods:A total of 123 undergraduate nursing students(2019 cohort)were selected as research subjects and randomly assigned to a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching,while the experimental group adopted the O2O teaching model based on CBE.After course completion,students'exam scores were compared,and standardized scales were used to assess their core competencies and self-directed learning abilities.Results:The experimental group scored significantly higher in exams than the control group.Additionally,their total scores and subdimension scores for core competencies and self-directed learning abilities were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The O2O teaching model based on the CBE concept not only enhances students'mastery of professional knowledge but also effectively cultivates their core competencies and self-directed learning abilities.This model is a highly effective teaching approach that aligns with the needs of medical education reform.
